Health Screening

Date : 7th October 2007 (Sunday)

Time : 9a.m. - 3.00pm.

Venue : Madam Faridah's House in SS15 Subang Jaya.


Test includes :
Urine test
Blood glucose
Blood cholesterol
Blood triglyceride
Blood pressure check
Health counseling

Cost : RM30 (for the strip)

Note :
Please fast the night before (minimum 12 hours before the blood test).
