The planning for the D&D is on
Unlike most meetings..... this particular one was indeed a splendid one.
It was a potluck session, and intended for dinner..... and so.... a splendid dinner, we had.
We had food ranging from Sausages and Vege from Leong&Myra's kitchen, Beef Pepper from Fariz&Leilanie's kitchen, Prawn Sambal from President Mila's kitchen, Egg Omellete and salad from VP Grace's kitchen, Lemon cheese cake from Maryam's kitchen, a chocolate temptation cake from Secret Recipe. For those who were not able to attend, you missed some real good food and wonderful companions. On this day, we also celebrate Leilanie's birthday, which fell the week before, on the 1st of March.
Once we were filled to the brim, a little breathing time.... and it was time to get down to real business...... The main purpose of this meeting was to plan for the upcoming Charity Gala Dinner and Dance, which is scheduled to be held on the 17th April at the Best Western Premier, Seri Pacific Kuala Lumpur.
Among the many things planned for this special occasion, we have lined up entertain ranging from :
1) A Performance by our up-and-coming local artist, Badri Ibrahim, who had won 2nd place in the World Karaoke Competition in 2006 and the 1st runner up for the LG MyStarz TV3 competition
2) Balroom Dance Perfomance
3) Cultural Dance (Malay, Chinese, Indian and Filipino)
4) Stand-Up Comedian (really funny)
We have also planned for loads of gifts for Lucky Draw and Raffles draw.
Door gifts for guests are also being planned for.
As of now, we are still very actively seeking for sponsorship and assistance from you.

This year, part of our donation will be given to the Society for the Severely Mentally handicapped, Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan.

Alternatively, organizations can also sponsor a space in our Program Book. The cost of such sponsorship (in the form of your organization’s advertisement) is:
a) Back cover - color RM 3,000.00
b) Inside cover - black & white RM 2,000.00
c) Full page, inside - black and white RM 1,000.00
d) Half page, inside – black and white RM 500.00
In addition, you or your organisation can also assist us in making this charitable event a success by doing any of the following :
a) Cash donation
b) Raffles-draw donation in the form of gifts
