Annual General Meeting 2009

The Annual General Meeting 2009 was held on 15th August 2009 at the CIBO Italian Restaurant @ Holiday Villa Subang.

The event started at 3.00pm, with the members enjoying the spread of filipino delicacies ranging from Chicken Adobo, Lumpia Sariwang, Enpinada, and many more, and desserts such as cendol, chocolate ice cream, and cakes of many types.

The meeting then started with a short and sweet welcoming speech from Vice President Datin Neva Suryani. Then, Secretary Myra presented us with the AGM Minutes of Meeting 2008.
President Maria, then, presented the Annual Report, guiding us through all the events which were carried out from July 2008 to July 2009.

Last but not least, Treasurer Fariz Abdullah presented the accounts for the year ending July 2009.

Then, the election of Treasurer, Secretary and a new set of committee members were carried out.

The President and Vice President post will continue to be held by Maria Carmencita and Datin Neva, respectively.

The election of Treasurer and Secretary, which was won without contest, are held by Fariz Abdullah and Myra Esperanza, respectively. In addition, Leenah Racutan was elected as Assistant Secretary.
